Golf shop credit does expire at year end. However, for those with a significant amount of credit, I will carry it over to the next season. We communicate beginning in November, that golf shop credit has to be redeemed by year end, and we continue to communicate this through December.
We allow the shop credit to last until the end of the year, but then expires. Under a few circumstances if a member is looking to get a new set of clubs, we allow them to carry it over to the Spring so they can get fit for the newest equipment.
We issue Gift Cards for all tournament groups and those gift cards can be redeemed throughout the destination. We issue Gift Credit to the Members for Member Event winnings throughout the year. The gift credit expires on Dec 30 of each year. Each member is sent their credit balance in November and they can use it up to Dec 30. We do have a Holiday Sales the first Friday of the month. Any left over credit is taken as breakage.
Credit Book never expires… if a member has credit and he or she makes a purchase from the shop, We always ask if they want to use their credit towards the purchase.
