Too early to say at this stage in the game. More than likely, when Health Canada gives us the ok to open our facility, we may see 12 to 15 minute intervals between tee times, one person per cart (unless your with someone you live with), strict social distancing practices will be in place on and off of the golf course. Possibly no club events for a portion or entire duration of 2020. One on one coaching only, and no groups or clinics. No Junior camps, and possibly continue to offer virtual golf lessons for a portion of the season.
Guest revenue will take a huge hit. Corporate outings may not happen at all. Food and beverage will be severely impacted, and proshop sales may be cut in half.
When things get back to normal I believe there will be an influx of rounds and facility participation. Our weather in the north has been streaky will days in the mid 70s and weve had days where it has snowed. Families are ready to get out of the house and participate in activities that they currently cannot!
