Keeping the staff and members safe, and get in all men’s/women’s majors. Basically, when the gilders show up in November, all of our boards would be full with names, and not “covid”
We have learned just how important it is to the operation to be fluid and quickly adapt to ever changing conditions.
The need to have a fluid plan in place to meet the changing environment. Consistent and clear communication and messaging to members.
To maintain consistency, awareness and diligence in sanitizing and cleaning carts, the golf shops, etc. Also, to supervise both staff and members to make sure they are wearing the proper PPE’s.
Continuing to stay updated with things and thinking of new ways to deliver the best service.
Continuing to keep our operation sanitized, keep our staff healthy.
I’ve learned what we “truly need” for staffing levels and what has been overkill. Our members at don’t require as much hand-holding as we have been providing. We have cut our bagroom staff in half and are still able to work efficiently and effectively.
Budget season for 2021 will be here before I know it. I will be taking a hard look at staffing dollars as our Board is keenly aware that we are providing high service well below budget.
