Do you carry CBD products in your golf shop? What is your overall opinion on CBD Products? by pseither | Apr 16, 2020 | Question of the Week | 29 comments 29 Comments Pages:«123 Anonymous on April 30, 2020 at 12:00 am I think it is an emerging market and that it will generally be well accepted. Most members/customers believe that it may contain THC (which it does not). Once they are educated, there is greater acceptance. The product works although I have found it to be temporary (as would be expected). I have a few members that swear by it. Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 30, 2020 at 12:00 am I’ve tried many different types of CBD products and there are definitely some that are more effective than others. Without having extensive knowledge on extracts vs oils it can be hard to tell exactly what you’re getting. I also find that the method of ingestion has the biggest impact on how well the product works for the desired outcome. Ultimately, I would feel more comfortable with our members getting CBD advice from a medical or field professional rather than a college aged clerk. Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 30, 2020 at 12:00 am There is not enough research on CBD to warrant carrying it. Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 30, 2020 at 12:00 am I feel that it depends on the golf shop. I am still learning about the cbd products. Not sure if we would carry it but have heard of different companies that are trying to bring it to golf. Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 3, 2020 at 12:00 am I know nothing about the product. It seems like it is everywhere at this point though at all types of prices. Did the golf industry already miss the boat on this? I have no idea Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 3, 2020 at 12:00 am Considering it for 2020. Still undecided. This is one where I’m content to be a follower and don’t need to be a leader. Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 3, 2020 at 12:00 am we are considering it after a little more vetting though. Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 3, 2020 at 12:00 am I think there is some validity to the product. A lot of people are using it and getting results. You have to research the product and the company. There are a lot of low-quality products out there. Log in to Reply Anonymous on April 3, 2020 at 12:00 am I considered carrying some after last year’s PGA Show. I didn’t get a great response from our board, so I passed.
