This allowed our members to use their credits during the year. We were able to gain valuable incremental income. Per state law our credit books expire after 7 years, so this becomes challenging when looking to encourage spending of credit book. We tell them they can carry it into the next year if they are serious about getting fit for example. About 95% of the time they follow through. We offer holiday sales at the end of the year to entice the membership to use their credit. I also run weekend golf shop games. Some are score driven, others are luck (major pools).
