In these challenging times, what has inspired or given you encouragement over the last 90 days? by Amy Estep | Jun 3, 2020 | Question of the Week | 23 comments23 CommentsPages:«123» Anonymous on June 3, 2020 at 12:00 am My inspiration has been to provide an escape, or a place of normalcy for my members. I always think of our job as providing an exceptional experience, and while that is still a goal; I feel like people want a place to be outside and get away from the news or talk of the pandemic. As things are loosening up and more services are allowed we are trying to once again provide a top level experience. We are able to offer a sense of normalcy even with restrictions to where they are able to be outdoors playing golf and experience camaraderie. The staffs goal at XXX has been to think outside the box and come up with ways to enhance our members experience even under all the current restrictions. This process has challenged yet inspired me to be better day in and day out. Log in to Reply Anonymous on June 3, 2020 at 12:00 am Super excited about our total renovation project at XXX! Can’t necessarily say we are back to normal but pretty exciting in regards to making a move that way! However what makes you stronger is learning from your mistakes and moving on in a positive way. Also, all of the measures and PPE our facility committed to in order to ensure the safety and well being of our members and staff.
