RETURN POLICY

As all products are customized, all sales are final once an order has been processed and payment has been completed.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary by product and
customization requirements. Standard
production timelines will be outlined on
each product page, and final timing will
be confirmed during the order process.

CUSTOMIZATION

Most products in the GBN Custom Shop can be customized with your logo. Files must be uploaded at purchase (JPG, PNG, TIFF, or HEIC) and will be reviewed by our Custom Shop Concierge prior to production.
