Member Retreats
Free, one-day leadership roundtables hosted at member clubs across the country and facilitated by GBN VP of Education Spencer Clouatre. Small by design, framed by the Leadership Economics principles, and focused on the challenges members bring to the table.

A morning of real conversation with peers
Regional retreats are intentionally kept to 10 to 15 attendees: a chance to step away from the day-to-day and connect with fellow industry leaders in a relaxed, round-table setting. There is no presentation deck and no sales pitch, just an open conversation guided by Spencer Clouatre and shaped by the Leadership Economics framework.
Each retreat runs a half-day format from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM: arrival and coffee, two round-table sessions, and a hosted lunch. Where the host club offers it, an optional afternoon round of golf follows. Retreats rotate through different regions each year so members can attend the one closest to home.
Retreats are complimentary for GBN members. Sign up on the retreat’s page; spots are confirmed first come, first served, and full retreats move to a waitlist.
