GBN University’s “LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR” Training is the first program custom built to help YOU, the modern Golf Professional, become the leader you WANT to be…and that the people around you NEED you to be.  This isn’t just another webinar that sounds great at the time but doesn’t actually bring any positive change.

 

This is called “ACCELERATOR” for a reason. 

 

We built in action and accountability so you can implement the principles of the program when you’re actually at work!  We follow up after the program to help you practice your leadership skills and show your team how great you can be.

LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR combines years of research in the leadership space and dozens and dozens of expert interviews with decades of golf industry experience to present you with a comprehensive, actionable, and realistic framework that is guaranteed to improve your ability to lead, no matter where you are in your career.

At the heart of the LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR lie the “CORE FORE” principles of effective leadership.  Each of the four elements in this framework represent the most critical areas where the best leaders thrive.

You need to know your role, how to do your job, and have the skills required to produce results.  Plain and simple. You can’t lead who you don’t know.  People follow leaders that they connect with. The quality of your results is determined by the quality of your culture.  This can’t be overstated. What you say, how you say it, when and where you say it will be the determining factor in the quality of your leadership.  People will remember what you say for the rest of their lives…for better or for worse.

 

Over the course of the training we’ll dive deep into each principle.  You’ll come away with a fresh understanding of each element’s importance and how to grow your skills, and be on the road to becoming the leader you know you should be.

 

 

“LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR” consists of:
