    Responsibilities & Duties: Person should possess and have strong customer service experience, employed at a high-end facility in career, strong Golf Genius tournament operation skills, and have a passion for junior golf and teaching to a membership. Person should thrive and have worked in an active club environment. A competitive playing record is not required but helpful.

    Major Responsibilities:
    ❖ Team member in facilitating the Club’s 250 junior golf program, plus 3 PGA Junior teams. ❖ Organize, coordinate and complete all aspects of operating a golf tournament. Tournament schedule includes Men’s, Women’s, Junior’s, Couples, and a Member/Guest for both men and women. ❖ The club has a 9 and 18-hole Women’s Associations with over 200 active women. They play Tuesdays and Thursday mornings, and have three (3) interclub teams.
    ❖ Person will be responsible for buying, managing, and evaluating merchandise in one or more categories; $800k in shop sales
    ❖ Assist buyer with quarterly inventories to ensure shrinkage is <1%.
    ❖ Develop and build a teaching clientele that is conducive to your responsibilities and schedule, while continuing to learn about the swing fundamentals and principals through educational seminars. ❖ Assist members with all types of club fitting and instruct in various teaching clinics. ❖ Proactively organize golf games with members and desire to play in Section Championships. ❖ Mentor and assist other staff members in the department.
    ❖ Serve as an ambassador for the club, PGA, and game of golf in the community.
