Hamilton Farm Golf Club is a 36 Hole Facility. We are home to the first ever 18-Hole USGA rated Par 3 golf course in the world, The Hickory. The Highlands Course is a true championship level golf course, measuring over 7200 yards from the back tees. Hamilton Farm has hosted various regional and national events, including the Sybase LPGA Match Play and in 2025 hosted the MGA Ike Championship and the New Jersey State Open.
Hamilton Farm Golf Club is seeking a motivated Golf Professional to join our staff. The new Lead Assistant Professional will be involved in all aspects of the golf operation. They will be expected to be a key member of the pro-shop, tournament and instructional programs in support of the Head Golf Professional. An outgoing and service oriented personality is a must. The new Lead Assistant professional should express aspirations to grow into a leader and mentor amongst the staff and gain the experience to move onto a Head Professional position.
Key responsibilities:
Pro Shop: Provide regular daily Pro Shop service including but not limited to manning the counter and phones, making tee-times, daily sales, etc. Support the Merchandiser in all aspects. Checking in, receiving, tagging, folding and selling.
Tournament Administration: Assist the Head Professional with prep, set up and running the tournaments hosted at the club. Accept sign ups and roster management – Golf Genius experience is preferred.
Teaching and Instruction: Provide individual and group lessons to members and guests. Assist with the Junior Program
Member Service: Build relationships with the membership and provide excellent customer service to everyone who comes to the club.
Qualifications
• PGA Class A Member Preferred
• Previous Experience as an assistant professional at high end private facilities.
• Expertise with current golf clubs, soft goods and technology (Golf Genius, Jonas POS, Club Essential)
• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
• Passion for the Game of Golf and PGA of America
