    Founded in 1959, La Quinta Country Club members enjoy a rich heritage other clubs only dream of possessing. Today, La Quinta Country Club members socialize in a sprawling Santa Barbara style clubhouse with spacious dining areas, beautifully appointed locker rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and much more.     La Quinta Country Club is looking for strong candidates to add to a seasoned Outside Service team. With $2.5 million in improvements to the club last summer, we will add to our team as we improve and add club services in our outside operation.
    Selected candidates will be asked to provide elite customer service in the areas of Practice Facility, Member/Guest arrival and pre/post round player services. The staff here enjoys an environment rich in golf with a small boutique like feel as La Quinta Country Club has under 250 golfing members. We also get the opportunity to see the PGA Tour’s finest each January when the American Express plays here.
    As a member of our Outside Service Team, your primary responsibilities will be in the following areas of the operation:
    * Golf Cart Fleet Management
    * Driving Range Maintenance
    * Customer Relations
    * Tournament & Event Coordination
    Essential Responsibilities
    – Have a team mentality that works well with others
    – Proficient worker that is goal oriented
    – Strong Communication and organizational skills
    – Possess a knowledge of the game of golf and its industry is preferred
    – Customer Service, Hospitality, and/or Golf Industry experience preferred
    – Ability to problem solve while multitasking
    – Personable and engaging personality
    – Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 60 lbs or more.
