Director of Player Development

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
The Director of Player Development reports directly to the Director of Golf for operations within his/her department. The Director of Player Development is expected to collaborate with the Director of Instruction, Tyler Ferrell.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
• Develop and maintain a robust player development program that caters to a diverse membership base, including juniors, beginners, intermediate players, and advanced golfers.
• Primarily focus on coaching and player development, with approximately 80% dedicated to group coaching/programming and 20% allocated to individual lessons.
• Utilize technology (Trackman, Flightscope, SAM Putt Lab, etc) throughout coaching programs.
