    Mira Vista is seeking an aspiring golf professional to join their ranks as a PGA Associate. The PGA Professional staff will be engaged in the development of a successful candidate through hands-on experience in multiple endeavors, achieving educational goals through the PGA of America, and professional mentorship to provide a true learning experience. The next member of the team will be professionally responsible for promoting the game of golf and Club activities while providing a high level of service and professionalism to our Members and their guests. They will be invited and encouraged to assist the management of golf operations and the development of programs to increase activity and satisfaction within the Membership.

    The functionality of this position will include but is not limited to:
    • Assuming responsibility for platinum level service throughout the entire golf operation
    • Ensuring that Members & Guests are accommodated accordingly
    • Executing proper accounting through the point of sales system
    • Managing and maximizing play for the day
    • Encouraging the connection Members
    • Organizing and promoting all club hosted tournaments as well as special events and
    functions at the club
    • Providing professional instruction for Members and guests in accordance with PGA
    standards
    • Overseeing all aspects of the outside golf operations to ensure service expectations are being
    met through the following of daily policies & procedures while accomplishing service goals
    • Assisting in the merchandising operation of an active golf shop

    Compensation
    – Salary $12-$14 per hour
    – Total Compensation $36,000-$49,000

    Additional Income –
    Junior Golf – $5,000-8,000
    Lessons – $2,000-$9,000
    Outing Commission – $500-$1,000
    Overtime – $3,000-$5,000
