    Manages day-to-day operations.

    Assist Director of Golf with hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating Assistant Professionals, Seasonal Assistants, PGM Interns, and Outside Services staff.

    Assists members and guests by providing and interpreting golf policies, rules and regulations.

    Interprets and enforces Club policies and ensures that the staff is familiar with and enforces these rules.

    Develops, markets, and executes innovating player development programs.

    Manages and executes weekly WGA tournaments.

    Provides guidance and education to the WGA Board of Directors.

    Communicates information regarding WGA to its members and fellow staff members in a timely manner.

    Manages Assistant Professionals, Seasonal Assistants, and PGM interns shop schedule in accordance with budget and member services needs.

    Assist in the management and execution of all club events.

    Assist in developing golf shop merchandise buying plan.

    Develop sales and promotional plans.

    Assist in implementation of sales and promotional plans.

    Assist in the receiving and displaying of merchandise.

    Manage monthly inventories.

    Manage daily opening and closing of golf operations as needed.

    Devote a reasonable amount of time to play with members of all skill level.

    Ensures all staff are presentable, well-groomed and in established uniforms at all times.

    Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe working environment, with emphasis on promoting team member health and safety.

    Follows directives and completes assignments with minimum supervision.

    Performs all work according to established procedures.

    Avails him/herself, to the best of his/her abilities, to directly assist in the furtherance of member satisfaction.

    Always maintains a friendly, hospitable and helpful attitude with all members, guest and fellow teammates.
