General Responsibilities:
The Assistant Golf Professional will play an integral role in the overall management of golf operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Daily Operations Management: Oversee and monitor play, ensuring adherence to course policies and smooth operations.
•Staff Training and Supervision: Assist and supervise outside operations staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
•Inventory Management: Support inventory control and merchandising with the Lead Assistant and Director of Retail.
•Tournament Program Assistance: Help plan and execute tournaments, member games, and events.
