This position will assist in the daily golf operation in all aspects. As a Golf Services Manager at Tam-O-Shanter Country Club, you will be instrumental in efficiently managing play off the first tee, overseeing the outside operations, as well as training and overseeing the caddie program. This is a 36 week position.
A Golf Services Manager at Tam-O-Shanter Country Club will always conduct themselves professionally, have a passion for the game of golf, have a team player attitude with the willingness to learn and grow, and be an ambassador of the golf experience at Tam-O-Shanter.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage daily play
Manage daily tee times
Train and oversee Caddie Program
Oversee and manage outside operations
Maintain and oversee a fleet of 75 golf carts
Assist in set-up and execution of club tournaments and outings
Greet and welcome all golfers in a professional manner
Ensure all daily play has been billed appropriately
Other duties deemed as necessary
