Thomas “Tommy” Joyce is a 25-year PGA Member who’s honed his skills by cultivating strong professional relationships throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. Tommy’s experience spans the roles of PGA General Manager, Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, and Touring Professional, and he received MAPGA’s highest honor of being named MAPGA Golf Professional of the Year. He’s recognized as a U.S. Kids Top 50 Master Teacher and has been inducted into the Roanoke Valley Golf Hall of Fame. Tommy is the Owner of the Roanoke Valley Junior Golf Association and he serves on the Roanoke Valley First Tee Board of Directors.

Outside of the Golf Industry, Tommy has spent 4 years in Staffing and Recruiting as one of the 3 founding creators of Evolution|HR, where he acted as Director of Operations. His responsibilities encompassed Human Resource Management Strategic Implementation, which enabled Evolution|HR to recruit, train, and retain a high-performing, motivated workforce. Tommy specializes in Talent Management, Staffing, Learning, and Development.
